Being a good fit is important. We can begin the process with a confidential phone consultation, typically 15 minutes in length, at no charge. If you then decide to further explore therapy, we can schedule an intake appointment at that time.

My rate will be discussed during this initial consult. Please let me know if you cannot afford my fee, as I do provide a limited sliding scale and/or I’m happy to connect you with another therapist who can meet your needs. 

Although I am an out-of-network provider for most major insurance companies, I do not accept and/or process insurance forms.

If you choose to use your insurance, it is up to you to submit an itemized invoice to your insurance company in order to be reimbursed. If you’d like to know the amount you would expect to be reimbursed, it’s important you call your provider and ask for these specifics in advance, as all policies, rates, and deductibles are different. 

I accept Venmo, Zelle, all major credit cards, checks, and cash. Some HSA (Health Care Savings) cards are allowed for out-of-network provider payment, but please ask your provider about this directly. 

Payment is required at the time of each visit. I will send bi-monthly invoices for your insurance purposes. 

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be responsible for the full fee of the session.
