I aim to meet each client where they are in terms of their individual needs, their personal stories, and their unique life experiences. My intention is to provide support and encouragement, while also offering each client practical resources that they can implement in their lives right away. With a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental approach, we will combine insight-oriented and solution-focused interventions to create freedom from unhealthy patterns, greater self acceptance, increased resilience, healthier decision making, and positive relationships. Our goal is to discover meaningful purpose and joy in your life moving forward.
